Product Availability, Prices, and Orders
All purchases through our website are subject to product availability. We may limit or cancel the quantities offered on our website or limit the sales of our products or services to any person, household, or jurisdiction. Prices for our products are subject to change, at Frogsong Farm’s discretion. Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed on our website are quoted in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of shipping charges. We do not charge, and you are solely responsible, for taxes and duties of any sort. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse orders. In addition, if we believe an order is false or fraudulent, we reserve the right to inform the relevant authorities.
For online orders, we accept payment by Visa and Mastercard. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to invalid payment method, declined credit, expiration, insufficient funds or otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Orders are shipped only after receipt of full payment. For certain payment methods, you may be charged a processing fee, foreign exchange/translation fee (international orders) or other fees; you are solely responsible for the payment of any such fees. Frogsong Farm is not responsible for any charges, errors or losses that may result from any payment method used by you for the purchase of our products.
Credit Card Processing
Our credit card processing system runs through an international bank (in Canada and the UK), which for the moment is a completely standard practice with American hemp companies. With the passage of the Industrial Hemp Farming Act of 2018, this could change. In rare cases, your credit card company may charge a small international transaction fee and might flag your transaction as suspicious. If your card is declined, we suggest you call your credit card company and/or bank to clear the transaction and then place a new order.
Coupon codes cannot be combined with any other coupon code, promotional discount, or wholesale discount.
We generally ship all items within 1-2 business days of our receipt and acceptance of an order. Orders received Friday – Sunday will be processed by the next Monday or non-holiday business day. If there is a delay affecting our ability to ship generally, we will attempt to conspicuously post that fact on this site.
We fill domestic orders via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) priority mail, which generally results in delivery within 3-8 days. Packages can be tracked through their website. Please remember that the USPS observes major holidays which can have an impact on delivery times.
At this time, we do not offer any expedited shipping options.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, TIME IS NOT OF THE ESSENCE, and any delivery date requested or provided is an estimate only. Frogsong Farm is not responsible for delays or for non-performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of any government, labor disputes, delays of carriers or suppliers, shortages of material, accidents, fires, floods, weather conditions and any other acts of Nature.

Terms Of Sale and Refund Policy
Complete terms of purchase are provided at checkout. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that you understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain cannabinoids from hemp oil. Our manufacturing facilities are registered with the FDA and our products are manufactured according to FDA guidelines for cGMP standards for dietary supplements. As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide. All products carry a 30-day from the date of purchase customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of these products, simply let us know within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Your purchase will be refunded. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.
Limited to one return or exchange per customer. Only purchases up to $150.00 qualify for a refund.
If your product was purchased through a Frogsong Farm distributor or retailer, you will need to go back to your original purchase location for any return or exchange.
If a package gets lost in transit (very rare, though it does happen), Frogsong Farm will not be responsible if the tracking information says the package was “delivered,” which means U.S. Postal Service successfully delivered the package to the specified address.
Package Sent to Wrong Address
If a package is sent to the wrong address, and the incorrect address was provided online by a customer, then the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. We will re-ship the order once the original package has been returned to us. So please, when ordering, make sure your shipping address is accurate, as making any mistake could significantly delay the delivery.
When placing an order over the phone, we will read the delivery address (and other information you provide) aloud to help you be sure it is correct.
Damage Due to Freight or Shipping
All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product.
